PROGRAMS
Dearham Wood daycare is a not-for-profit, school-based childcare centre serving the Guildwood community and surrounding areas. Together with the parents, the Dearham Wood staff shares the responsibility for quality child care. We treat each child as an individual. Our goal is to strengthen family life by providing enriching programs and experiences in a safe and reliable environment; one that facilitates the growth and development of every child through encouragement, stimulation and diversified imaginative programming experiences.
PRESCHOOL

Dearham Wood Daycare is pleased to offer full-day Preschool programs for children aged 2.5-4 years.
​
Children enrolled in the Preschool Program will be served a hot catered lunch and two snacks each day. Our food service provider is happy to accommodate any dietary needs.

KINDER

We offer Before and After Care for children enrolled in Junior and Senior Kindergarten in a shared space

SCHOOL AGE
​
We offer Before and After Care for children enrolled in Grades 1-6, up to 11 years of age in our dedicated School Age Daycare Room.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The Centre will be open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, except for the following statutory holidays:

OPTIONAL ATTENDANCE POLICY
Please note that admission to Dearham Wood Daycare does not guarantee a child's future enrollment in Poplar Road Junior Public School. Admissions to Poplar Road Junior Public are governed by the TDSB's Optional Attendance policy. Currently, only children living within its Board-designated catchment area can register as new students.
